Yo, what’s up everybody? It’s Justin Live from B2B Vault, the Payment Technology Podcast sponsored by Nationwide Payment Systems, hosted by this guy, the Nolan Ryan of payment processing himSelf, Allen Kopelman, and we’ll be providing you educational information about FinTech, small business payment processing and the technology businesses are using in the world today.
And in today’s specialist four 20. So in honor of four 20, we’ll be talking of all things cannabis C B D. Derivative, whatever you want to call it. Yeah, man. So I hope everybody’s enjoying their holiday or aka Challa Blaze. I’m in the office. I’m not partaking right now anyway, so whatever. Yeah.
How it’s your day been so far? It’s a little hectic. It’s funny, right before we, we talked about the podcast and I got some referral. Oh yeah, the guy wants to be a partner. Software wanted to talk to us, so that was pretty interesting. Since the we went to that alternative products expo, my email has been just nonstop.
Oh. People trying to sell these products? Yeah, they’re trying to get merchant accounts. They’re trying to do it. It’s just bro, here’s the. Fill out the application. I don’t know. That’s it. It’s pretty easy. Yeah. You can’t sell anything that’s over 0.33 or 0.03, whatever you want to call it.
Everybody has to have the cos, which is to certificate au, authenticating the product and the strength of the product. As long as in your. Yeah, but everything, as long as everything is 0.3, yeah, it’s all good. The banks say, then it’s up to the merchant to follow the rules. If they’re not supposed to ship to Louisiana, don’t ship to Louisiana.
They’re not specifically like enforcing that, like onto the merchants, the 0.3, as long as they don’t care what the product. If you got an edible, a drink, a vape, a this, a that, a Delta 8, 9, 10, 29, whatever, as long as it’s 0.3 and it’s derived from hemp. Yeah, you can sell it. There you go. That’s the rule of thumb.
And a few more banks have started to jump into the game. Hey man, but you know what they’re specifically, do you know where this, that this came from? What the phrase you just said? What was the phrase? The rule of thumb. The rule of thumb. Where’s the rule of thumb come from? I don’t know. It’s terrible.
It’s terrible. Okay. We won’t talk about it. No, you I’m gonna talk about it. Okay. Let’s real quick. The rule of thumb back in the day was, It was okay to beat your wife with a stick nose wider than the, your thumb. That’s bad. I shouldn’t say that. No one should ever use the I didn’t know that. I’m educating you.
Okay. The rule of thumb thing is fine. Okay. Not, okay. The banks follow the rule of 0.3 or 0.03. Yes. They wanna look at all your COAs that have to be less than 12 months old right now. Banks are favorably accepting new merchants and existing merchants that are manufacturing and selling. So that’s where the trend is going.
Also, people that are making the product and selling the product directly, whether it’s retail. Yeah, that’s how highly edibles is, they manufacture all of their own food. They have a kitchen where they make all of their, they process and package everything themselves. So as long as you’re, and, and we did some companies recently b2b, so they’re selling their product to stores.
B2c. That means the business is selling direct to consumer. And a lot of the companies who are selling b2b, let’s say I want to sell my product and Justin has a smoke shop, I’m gonna sell it to Justin. Then Justin specifically, he, he wants to pay by credit card or his debit card cuz he’s trying to, float, get inventory and reserve his cash.
And so a lot of that is going on, a lot of that is going on in the B2B world, not just in that particular, and not in that particular, But we’ve been getting more and more requests for that. Really? Yeah. We had a couple of requests recently working on two companies to get them set up with processing.
I think they’re both to the approval process now. Good. They had to make a couple of tweaks, to the, to their to their website. Website, yeah. Yeah. Some language had to be adjusted on the website. And and we’re working on a couple of other ones. But yeah, their bank is very particular.
Everything has to be derived from hemp and 0.03. That way the bank is in line with the farm bill. And I’ve had some guys call me and they start talking to me about the 2023 Farm Bell and the 2023 Farm Bell is just sitting on the, sitting in Congress. And nothing’s going on with that. Yeah. The guy from I don’t know, there’s two guys.
One the from New York and I can’t remember where the other guy’s from. They just put the, a new building to, for the feds to finally end pro prohibition on cannabis. And it, yeah, they keep talking about it and and there needs to be, a federal tax on cannabis. It’s a me multi.
Billion dollar industry. Okay. The gov, the government’s got a deficit. Yeah. I was reading too about how they’re getting, like the businesses are getting like triple and sometimes quadrupled tax, like they’re paying Yeah. Enormous fees, dude. Yeah, the, you go to California and in California you have cities taxing it, counties taxing it, and the state tax.
So in some areas in California, if you go in and buy marijuana, the tax is 35, 40% and just taxes that they’re collecting, it’s killing the market. That’s why there needs to be just a federal tax and that’s why the black market is thriving right now. Yeah. There’s been a lot of talk about why the black market of marijuana is thriving when you and part of that is just, there needs to be some federal regulation.
Listen, it’d be easy for them. You can’t federally regulate something when it’s okay here, but not okay here. No. They just need to say, they need to federally legalize it. And then they just need to make rules like, oh, you, when you go in, yeah, you have to swipe your driver’s license. Somebody’s maintaining a database.
You can only buy X amount, whatever that is, right? But, You can’t, that’s, you can’t, the regulation has gotta be the same as liquor. Whoa. With liquor, with li you can’t, you can buy unlimited liquor. That’s what I’m saying. So like why would you, what is the, why is there a cap? I don’t know why there should be No, there’s no such it’s, first of all, it’s a plant like, I think it should be the real raw law should be grown organically, and that’s it. It should be the p the plant that’s why it’s the plants that are grown, like in Florida, it’s medical marijuana shit. I’ve, I have no idea how they, if it’s grown organically or how, I’ve never organically, I doubt it.
I don’t know what the rules are. It’s probably different at every greenhouse. They can’t use pesticides and they’re all, and everything is tested. They have to be using all natural stuff. Yeah. Cause they can’t use pesticides. Who knows? The same thing with hemp. Hemp is tested and they have to test for all those different things cuz they don’t want people selling hemp products.
And it’s sprayed with pesticides. Yeah. As a consumer of medical marijuana I’m not a fan of the flower in Florida. I don’t know Jacob likes. It’s when you, that’s all you get. That’s all you get. It’s better than the stuff you get on the street. It’s definitely probably safer. It’s definitely cleaner.
Especially with all the fentanyl going on. Oh my God. I’d be scared to be, I wouldn’t, I would be scared to buy anything from anybody. Yeah, man. Be careful out there with those Mylar packs, ladies and gentlemen. You’re not buying what’s inside of there and. Especially edibles. You’re probably eating melatonin.
I know some people back home that they’re just dirty. No. Buy stuff in a store. Don’t buy. Yeah, make sure it’s packaged. Scan the QR code on the bag. Go look at the test. Make sure if you can, legitimate manufacturer. Or know the police places, at least just know where you’re getting the, it’s a little crazy, like you can walk, mer you know, peop someone wants to open up like a smoke shop and sell C B D and the bank’s giving them a hard time.
Meanwhile, you walk into every gas station, except for probably like the chain gas stations, and every gas station is selling bongs pipes. Crayons. I just don’t get it, man. And it’s a sad who’s not getting their hand hit. That’s the question. I have no idea. Or, which old guy is just super, you go into, like I was in Publix the other day and they had a big display up of CBD at Publix.
Yes. It’s only creams, topicals. Oh yeah. That’s how it starts. That’s how they’ll have some other CBD products in there. So they stopped selling some that like vape stuff. And they used to sell vape. They don’t sell vape anymore. I think they, they stopped selling vape.
A lot of places stopped selling it when people started getting sick. Yeah. And I’m just saying whatever there needs to be, just like liquor, you have to be 18. Divide Liquor, 21, 21. 21, whatever. I agree with 21 for buying weed too. Okay. There you go. You’re still a kid at 21.
Yes. So at least at 21, you’re your, you would hope your thought process is a little bit more thorough than when you were a teenager. Yes. So the next two years that 19 and 20 are. It’s a big step for some people. You know what I mean? Yep. And sometimes they don’t make it past there.
But anyway, man, it is four 20. So on a lighter note, fire that up, man. No. Let’s, so I favorite marijuana movies. My favorite marijuana movie. Yeah. Mine is Chich and Chong Up in Smoke. Mine is probably half baked. Half baked. Okay. Half baked. It’s more my, teaching Chung. I’m, I was born in the eighties in 1980, but it, that movie came out in like 1980.
So it’s a funny movie. It’s a cl cult classic dude. Yeah, no, how high is, you know what? That is my favorite weed movie. It’s How High With Meth Man and Red Man It is. That movie’s hilarious. Straight up, and then you got half baked coming in. Number three, I would say, up in smoke is probably, that’s my top three right there.
Top three, yeah. And I would say my, my f favorite thing to I’m not a big MUE dude. I don’t, like I consume cannabis for sleep and anxiety and other purposes and pain relief, but, so I don’t get. It’s I’m not like, oh, I’m gonna, you know how people like hit the munchies.
Yeah. That doesn’t happen to me. Kill a Doritos. Like the whole, yeah, like all my kids, they consume and I’m not, I’m not condoning it, but whatever. It’s the younger generation that’s normal. I think, it’s still really, it’s crazy to me. That’s not. It’s just crazy. First, the access in Florida is pretty easy for medical, so it’s easy.
But also like you gotta to, it’s expensive. Yeah, but I’m just saying it’s not like when I was a kid, you could get a bag of weed for 20 bucks, a big bag. You still can’t buy that anyway. Yeah, man. I don’t know. My favorite food would be, I like very cold beverages. Okay. I’ll tell you a funny marijuana story.
So me and my friends had three joints rolled up in my room, uhoh, and come back to the house. And my friend looks, he goes, Alan, there’s only two joints. So we go downstairs and my dad and his friend are outside and they’re grill. A whole slew of stuff on the grill. They got the grill going, they got steaks on there, hamburgers, hot dogs.
We walk outside and there’s only two of them. So they, we walk outside and it’s four in the afternoon and my dad goes, I found something in your room. He goes, maybe you guys should partake in that cuz I’m cooking a lot of. That’s funny. And he says, he goes, oh, next time you should, you guys should try the Colombian golds.
Oh, so your dad knew what’s up? Yeah, man. He goes, yeah, you guys should get some of that Colombian gold. Meanwhile, them and his friend were high as a kite and they’re cooking up skirt, steaks, hamburgers on the. So we went upstairs and we partook. Can people think I’m crazy? Like ever since I was a little kid, man, I, that’s just I, it’s not, it just never hit me light way.
Just eat a whole box of cookies. That’s what it is. No, it doesn’t matter, bro. That’s how some people, I just listen. I walk around. For me, it’s for me, it’s like I want some water. Like some water. Yeah. Sometimes you get that cotton mouth. I just want to. Delicious beverages. Okay. But yeah, man.
Anyway something, let us know what your favorite drinker food is when you’re Yeah. Tell us your favorite. We want to know your favorite marijuana related movie or like TV show, like Breaking Bad. That was drugs. I don’t think. Yeah, no, it’s not Weed Man who was there. Wasn’t there a show where they were doing weeds?
Something with weed? Weeds? I think I never. I don’t know. I don’t remember Corny other movies. It was corny. The one it was something like that and it was like some Verian. It was a white mom was selling weed at her house or something. Oh, I don’t know. There was like the drug smug smuggling movie that was related to the Noriega thing.
The Noriega thing where the guy was, Tom Cruise was that pilot and then he was bringing back drugs. Columbia. I didn’t watch that one. Cocaine. Yeah. That’s Coke Glenn Blow. Yeah, that’s one. Say no to that blow. Started off great. Like he started off with not great, but yeah it started off with, he was just selling weed and then he met the wrong connect.
What was that other movie? The Snowman movie that was selling Coke too, right? I don’t know what that is. I guess there’s more movies about Coke than marijuana. There’s a lot of cocaine movies. Yeah, tons of cocaine movies. Just say no to drugs. Ladies and gentlemen. Dare to keep your kids off drugs. Do you remember all those campaigns?
Oh yeah. That was, dude, I remember one time that was Ron Reagan’s wife. I remember one time, yeah, I remember one time I was in school and a cop came to there and he had this briefcase and he literally had every drug in the briefcase and he was showing it to. Don’t do drugs, but here’s what it looks like.
And this is how much the gram is. That’s messed up. What the hell I think my kids did. I remember in school when I, cuz I’m older than you, right? So I’ll never forget, they made us watch this movie, reefer Madness. Oh my God, that movie was ridiculous. That movie was insane. They show these guys like smoking pot and then the whole room is spinn.
And everything’s messed up. And then they, that’s lsd, man. And then they were also, they were taking airplane glue and they was taking Lucy the no airplane glue dip. It sticks or something. That’s, they took an airplane glue and put it in a brown paper bag. And then they’re puffing it, and then they spinning around.
And I was like, man, what is this? That made us watch that Reaper Madness. I always like the commercial. When they would crack a egg. Yeah. This is your brain on drugs. Drugs, yeah. And it would be flapping in there. Listen, there’s some dangerous, that was look cool. Yo, like this looks cool, man. If that’s what my brain does yo, I’m gonna try it.
Listen, when I walk Rocky in the. So I walk around like through my golf, through the golf course, down the paths, on the golf course. Yes. And there’s, homes, over close to the, people that live along the golf course. I wanna tell you, in the morning there’s quite a few people in bobbing, in a waken bake.
I believe it. And The ages are all over the place. Yes, they are. Some retired. There’s one guy that’s retired, he guy of Whole Foods last night said he he was inviting me and Rocky over today. He’s got, he’s oh, I see you all the time. What’s your name? So he is you wanna partake? He got a bong and on his patio.
Yeah, man. I said, no, I have to go to work. It’s like I recently this is a. Step for me, man. I quit smoking blunts. I haven’t smoked a blunt in almost 30 days. Wow. Yeah. So it’s just paper planes for J now, man, just joints. Okay. My consumption level has gone. I used to, jeez Louise. But yeah, not anymore.
You know what’s interesting? So I’m talking to some. And they’re opening a few locations up in the Detroit area and they were telling me they’re opening up cannabis dispensary and they’re also zoned, allowed to open. They’ve got licenses for three on their three locations. To also have a smoking lounge in the place.
That is so cool, man. I can’t wait to visit one of those places. So we’re talking to them about putting ATMs in there because, payments for the cannabis business that’s, that’s a whole source subject, yeah. I seen there, but I don’t mean to cut you off, but I seen that there’s another bill in Congress as well.
Yes. That’s trying to get them banking. Yes, there’s a banking. And there’s a Safe Banking Act, and then there’s the Legalization of Marijuana Act, and then there’s the 2023 Farm Bell. The 2023 Farm Bell is quite interesting because the 20, but they, but that’s the one that’s all the other BS hidden inside of it too.
No. But the 2023 Farm Bell basically legalizes recreational marijuana. Yeah. And it legalizes it it legalizes the whole thing. One, one of these, they need to pass a bill that’s completely comprehensive, that’s gonna allow for the legalization of marijuana and have some controls and the yo, so it’s very simple.
In Canada, you know how they do it. You go into the store, yeah, you wanna buy marijuana, you have to give them, you don’t need a marijuana card. Nope. They just use your driver’s. A slide that they record how much marijuana you buy and I’m not sure, cuz I’ve never been to Canada, but there is a maximum amount that you can purchase.
Yes. And that’s about it. No, and there’s there’s a maximum you could purchase and you can grow your own. In Canada? Yeah. Oh, okay. You can grow up to I think per, you know what, don’t quote me, I don’t remember if it’s Canada or. But yeah, no, you can grow wheated in Canada. I don’t know. As long as you have a medical, you have to have a medical license for my, A medical exemption.
Yeah. To grow your own. From my recollection, but, okay. Up there they have it everywhere. Marijuana and it’s been like that for a long time. Yeah, it’s a few years now. And you just, don, only thing you need is your driver’s license. They record that you bought marijuana because that’s some kind of limits on it.
So the, that way if you go into another store to try buy more marijuana, you can’t do it because you’re at your bought your, you bought your limit, whatever the limit is. Yeah. For the week or the month or whatever. They have a limit, but it’s pretty high from what I understand. Most people don’t even buy the limit.
I don’t know, man. They’re trying to stop people from basically like reselling it or buying it and then driving into maybe an area where they don’t sell it. And then, Resellers. Okay. Yeah. Whatever. Yeah, that’s that. It’s, it makes sense, and then the other thing that there’s gotta be a regulation, right?
There’s gotta, and then the other thing that’s being talked about now so people have talked to me like, oh, why can’t we take stablecoin for and for marijuana sales? So I’m like, you can’t do it because there’s tax implications. So they would get rid of the tax implication, then it would be worth it, but it’s not gonna be worth it for me to go take 200 bucks, go buy some stablecoin.
Now I created a taxable event cuz now I own the stablecoin. It’s way too many processes, and then I’m gonna sell the stablecoin. So now I created a second tax only event, and so there’s too many taxable events using cryptocurrencies for that. Then the next thing they’re talking about, Is closed loop debit cards, right?
A closed loop card, which is also a, another issue because then you gotta transfer money from I was gonna say, yeah, dude, like it’s just a big circle jerk. At that point, you transfer money from your, you’re gonna transfer money from your bank account onto another card, and then go and make a purchase using this special marijuana card, marijuana debit.
I’ve heard of 3, 4, 5 companies trying to like work through it all. But until, you see something where Visa says, oh yeah, we’re gonna allow that because right now Visa’s doing a crackdown on these cashless ATMs. They’re going, I wonder why? Because basically people are programmed a credit card machine to act like an atm.
But it’s not actually, oh, yeah, we did talk about this. Yeah. But it’s not an atm. Let’s not get in. Come on man. We’re giving out all the secrets. Whatever. You shouldn’t have that in your business. No, you shouldn’t be doing that because you could get up to a $50,000 fine per machine. I talked to somebody who told me they got fined $300,000.
They’re trying to negotiate it down. Yeah. Alan sent me this article about the dea. We were talking about it, and we decided not to. The DEA doesn’t even know what they’re talking about. No, they have no idea. What the, some of the things that they’re talking about is when we say, oh, the product has to be derived from, he, what they were addressing in the article was that people are now making, Rocky doesn’t like it either.
They were doing, talking about synthetic products. Yeah. So if it’s synthetically turned into THC eight or nine, then it’s. They were just talking about people making, how do you get it? They, I don’t know how they get it. They’re synthetically making it, but I’m saying like a synthetic version.
A, a lab version of Delta eight. Or Delta? No, he’s really, he’s, he needs to go smoke a joint. Rocky needs to, he needs to take a chill pill. I don’t know what kind of delivery we’re getting. What just happened? A delivery. Rocky. Come here. Rocky. Stop. Anyway. Yeah, so they’re talking about sy, which I didn’t even know that they could do, they could make a synthetic version of how is it synthetic?
If it came from the plant, though? They were saying it’s not coming from the plant that it was synthetically made, which I don’t, Rocky, no sh no, don’t bark. I’ll try to edit this out, but I, okay. Rocky, stop it. Who’s here? No. And this is also why we can’t go live.
Yeah, man. So four 20 man. Yeah. Four 20 today. So we’re talking to that company with the smoking lounges and all that about putting ca, ATMs in there and then filling ’em with cash. Have armored car. We’re also in discussion with another company that has, is smart Safes and we’re, but there’s a little trick to the whole smart, safe thing.
You have to ha the, we have to the, we have to have a bank in the general a in the area where the places are, so that when they take the money to the Federal Reserve, that they can get their money deposited Electron. But I’m hoping, I’m hopeful that some kind of solution, man, I am be, I’m just like, man, that’d be a good one to rob.
What? It’s, jeez, that’s a lot of cash. What? Rob? One of the smart safes. Yes. No, you can’t get into those smart, safe. It’s like worst thing it’s the same, it’s what’s on the bottom of the atm much bigger. I don’t know, ma’am. You saw it, so it’s the same as those.
Does what we saw, the, those ATM cashes? No, the ATM that has the recyclers. Recyclers. It’s the same as a recycler, cash recycler. There’s a lot of things, a lot of things being talked about in the financial world, that are going nowhere, right? It’s all, it’s I wouldn’t say it’s going nowhere.
It’s moving along very slowly at a snails pace, you’re, whenever you’re dealing with banking, you’re dealing with federal and then, so now that’s why they’re talking about if they pick up the cash, they can deposit the cash as long, and use like state banks, state charge, who is picking up this cash armored car?
Hired by the companies? Yeah, hired by the companies like to drop it off to the Fed. Yeah, they drop it off to the. And then it would be deposit. It sounds like a movie might be a movie. Hopefully they don’t follow, somebody doesn’t follow around the armored car. That’s my, that’s exactly what I’m saying. And steal the cash.
But all you gotta do is follow those guys around for a couple weeks. You figure out the routine, follow ’em, all the spots. They change it up all the time. There’s brink trucks driving around everywhere here. Brinks, Loomis there’s other ones that are not even marked and they’re armored cars.
Once you know the that’s why most of those things are an inside job. Somebody that works there, cuz they change the route. They don’t go on anybody working at Brinks, gimme a call. No, I’m just kidding. Yeah, man. No, that’s, we, it is just so ridiculous that these legitimate companies, that the government legalized it to a point where the state is doing how they, and it’s still impossible for them to run their.
Yeah. Normally, and they have to jump through all these hoops. It’s just, yeah. Or they’re using, it’s terrible. Or they’re using workarounds to collect money and things like that. Yeah. And they gotta operate in this gray area, and I can imagine how much stress that is on these owners. And a lot of ’em are owner operators too.
If I was in the government, I’d be going, it’s a multi-million, billion dollar business. We’re not taxing, we’re not Talk about the owner. Talk about fixing the infrastructure of the United States of America. If when you, like we were talking about off air, about Colorado, what they’re doing with all their money, like they are pouring that money into the school system, pouring that money into fixing roads and Exactly.
And creating new opportunity for people with that money, and I’m sure that’s. It’s just the tip of the iceberg of what really you could be doing. That’s what happens when they I’m thinking of it as like a medical, the medical aspect of it, but that’s what happens when you get a state and they start thinking like a business, government needs to stop thinking like government and think like a business and run government like a business so that you can get what you know you’re doing. You’re just not wasting money and wasting. And wasting time, having meetings. Just so many meetings. And now I don’t, man, we’re on the verge of stopping government again.
That happens all, every couple of years now. I know, man, for the last couple of decades. It’s nuts. It’s government shut down. They need to smoke a joint. Go have an edible. If you don’t wanna. Go have an edible. Yeah. They got even the things that you could put, they got the like bakka, that’s what he used to call.
What’s crazy is there’s the guy that exposes, he has a website, I don’t remember the name of it. You can probably just put in Google and he tracks what stocks people in the government owned and the House of Representatives. Yeah. The Senate and all that. And there’s like a bunch of guys in the Senate and the house that own marijuana stops.
Of course. So they know something’s up because they buying it. He posts like what they’re buying, what they’re trading, how much if they, when they buy more and all of that. And, just like the liquid natural gas. Yeah. The United States is we’re buying and selling a ton of that.
So it’s a good investment. It’s a good in. Invest in a company. I’m not giving you any legal advice, and I’m not a, we don’t give legal advice and we don’t give investment advice. No, we do not. If you want to talk about cannabis and what you can do in your cannabis business but we can also, we can help you if you have a cannabis related business.
So let’s say you sell, do you sell bongs? Bongs papers? Bowls, l e d Lights that grow m. What about wraps? We can do the, anything that’s not marijuana but is for the marijuana industry. So we have a bunch of companies like we have even doctor’s offices, and you don’t have to pay high risk rates. The banks don’t charge high risk rates for these companies.
They will process the transactions. That’s why we say, people say, oh, I was told I was high risk. It’s high risk, high. It’s only high risk if there’s if it’s only super high risk, if the banks don’t want to process it. There are banks processing marijuana related businesses, so everything from the wraps, the bongs, the pipes, the vape, the cartridges, the all the, doctor’s, offices, anything else being used in these businesses, it’s all, you can get credit card processing for.
What did we, we saw a guy at the show, I don’t know if he reached back out to us. He was selling something that, like a sort of like a humidor, right? For your marijuana or something. It was like A bag special bag to put it all in. Smelly proof. Yeah, smelly proof. So it didn’t smell. Yeah. Yeah. I don’t know if he reached out to us.
Maybe you watch our podcast and Yeah, man. There’s a bunch of. I try telling people all the time, and then they’re like, tell me, oh, I went to Stripe. They shut me off. I went to PayPal. They shut me off. You’re just not talking to the right people. Talk to us. We can help you. We know there’s a couple of banks and they’re taking all these clients and they’re also not charging people.
Five cbd. You could sell CBD to, man. Yep. You just gotta have your p. Yeah, you gotta be organized. Your website has to be organized. All your cos 0.3 or 0.03, whatever you’re calling it, everything’s under the percentage. All the tests are less than 12 months old. Boom. You can get merchant services.
